New Visa Policy to Boost Türkiye–China Tourism and Trade Relations
Türkiye has officially lifted visa requirements for citizens of the People’s Republic of China, granting visa-free entry for short-term tourist and transit stays of up to 90 days within a 180-day period.
The presidential decree, signed by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and published in the Official Gazette, will take effect on January 2. This policy shift is expected to strengthen tourism, trade, and cultural exchange, further deepening ties between Türkiye and China.
