Mobilink Bank Secures Best Digital Banking Services Award for Fourth Consecutive Year

Islamabad – November 3, 2026: Mobilink Bank, one of Pakistan’s largest microfinance banks, has further cemented its position as a leader in digital financial services by winning the ‘Best Digital Banking Services of the Year 2025’ award in the Telcos category at CFA Society Pakistan’s 23rd Annual Excellence Awards. This marks the fourth consecutive year that Mobilink Bank has received the prestigious digital banking honor, reflecting the continued success of its digital-first banking strategy and commitment to innovation.

Digital Financial Services Reach Millions Across Pakistan

The award recognizes how Mobilink Bank’s digital banking ecosystem continues to provide secure, convenient, and innovative financial solutions to millions of Pakistanis. Together with JazzCash, Mobilink Bank serves a registered user base of more than 67 million customers through a nationwide network exceeding 2.3 million merchants and agents. During the past year, the Bank expanded its footprint by launching digital Islamic banking operations and strengthening digital onboarding through its Dost app, helping improve access to formal financial services for underserved communities and small businesses across the country.

Mobilink Bank was also honored with the ‘Gender Diversity Award FY 2026’ in the Non-Banking Financial Institutions category. Women now represent 44% of the Bank’s senior leadership positions, demonstrating significant progress in advancing gender diversity. Beyond its organizational structure, Mobilink Bank and JazzCash collectively serve more than 23 million women users and over 5 million women borrowers, with lending to women surpassing PKR 163 billion.
