KPK Chief Minister Ali Amin Khan Gandapur Initiates Billion Tree Plus (BTP) Project to Expand Forest Cover
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Khan Gandapur has decided in principle to launch the Billion Tree Plus (BTP) project to increase the province’s forest cover. He instructed the relevant authorities to complete the necessary preparations for this initiative.

The decision was made during a meeting of the Forest and Environment Department at the Chief Minister’s House in Peshawar. Provincial Forest Minister Fazal Hakim, Chief Minister’s Principal Secretary Amjad Ali Khan, Forest Secretary Nazar Hussain Shah, and other officials were present at the meeting.
During the meeting, the chief minister was briefed on the department’s performance, targets, and administrative matters related to the project.
