However, it is now confirmed that TV One will continue to operate under the ownership of the Interflow Group.

News One, a Pakistani Urdu-language TV channel headquartered in Karachi, made its debut on November 27, 2007. It is owned by Air Waves Media Ltd, a subsidiary of the Interflow Group, which also holds ownership of TV One, Waseb TV, and FM91.
