vivo X Fold6 Set to Debut in India Alongside V80 and S2 FE
vivo has teased the launch of its X Fold6 foldable smartphone in India, with the device set to be unveiled on October 6 during the company’s vivo NEXT 2026 event. The announcement comes after vivo confirmed that it would also introduce the V80 and S2 FE in the Indian market on the same day.
The teaser shared by vivo on X shows the X Fold6 in a Nebula Teal finish, although the company has not confirmed whether additional color options will be available at launch. The promotional clip provides a first look at the foldable ahead of its official Indian debut.

The teaser also features a Mixed Reality (MR) headset, but vivo has not clarified whether the device will be officially launched in India or simply showcased during the event. The headset could potentially be the vivo Vision Explorer Edition, which was introduced in China last year, although this has not been confirmed by vivo’s Indian division.
The October 6 event is expected to provide more details about vivo’s expanding device portfolio in India. The X Fold6 has already been introduced in global markets, while the company is also preparing the V80 and S2 FE for Indian consumers. vivo is expected to reveal pricing, availability and additional specifications during the event.
