KARACHI: A motorcyclist was killed after being hit by a water tanker near Shaikh Zayed University on University Road in Karachi, police said. The victim, identified as Saad, was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital, where his identity was confirmed.

The fatal accident sparked anger among local residents, who set the water tanker involved in the crash on fire. The vehicle was completely destroyed before firefighters arrived and brought the blaze under control. Police, rescue teams, and fire brigade personnel responded to the scene, while authorities launched an investigation into the incident.
