Adil Salahuddin Named Chief Executive Officer of Standard Chartered Pakistan
KARACHI: Standard Chartered Pakistan has announced the appointment of Adil Salahuddin as its Chief Executive Officer and Head of Coverage, subject to regulatory and statutory approvals.
Adil Salahuddin brings more than 30 years of banking experience, including 25 years with Standard Chartered. He has held several senior leadership positions across Pakistan, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia, most recently serving as Head of Coverage in Pakistan after leading the bank’s regional Corporate Sales business in Dubai.

Welcoming the appointment, Standard Chartered’s CEO for UAE, Middle East and Pakistan, Rola Abu Manneh, said Pakistan remains a key market for the bank and expressed confidence that Adil’s leadership will strengthen client relationships and support the country’s economic growth. Standard Chartered has operated in Pakistan since 1863 and remains the country’s oldest and largest international bank.
