MOL Pakistan Launches Fifth Batch of Management Trainee Program for TAL Block Communities

MOL Pakistan has launched the fifth batch of its Management Trainee Program for students from communities in the TAL Block operational area, marking five consecutive years of investment in local youth development.

Assessment tests were held in Kohat, with selected candidates set to join a one-year program offering hands-on rotations across MOL Pakistan’s business functions, one-on-one professional mentorship, and structured workplace training. Past graduates have gone on to secure roles across Pakistan’s energy and corporate sectors.
