The cumulative effect of Google’s Search, Ads, AdSense, Play, Cloud, and YouTube in Pakistan reached Rs. 2.6 trillion in 2023, with notable contributions from digital exports. Through Google’s advertising and app distribution channels, local companies generated Rs. 249 billion in export revenue, highlighting the expanding reach of Pakistan’s digital footprint. Meanwhile, Google’s consumer-focused products, including Search, Maps, Play, Drive, and YouTube, contributed Rs. 1.3 trillion to household incomes, a staggering 526% increase compared to 2020.
