The certifications reveal several details about the upcoming device. IMDA confirms support for 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and NFC, while the TÜV certification indicates that the vivo X500 will support 90W wired charging. SIRIM has also confirmed that model V2619 corresponds to the X500.
According to previous leaks, the vivo X500 is expected to feature an OLED display with 1.5K resolution and a large 7,500mAh battery, which could also support 40W wireless charging. The combination suggests that battery capacity and charging technology will be among the phone’s major highlights.
vivo has confirmed that the X500 will feature a 50MP main camera based on Sony’s 1/1.28-inch Lytia 828 sensor, alongside a 50MP ultrawide camera. The camera setup is completed by a 64MP periscope telephoto camera using Sony’s Lytia 610 sensor, positioning the X500 as a strong contender for photography-focused smartphone users.
