GHARO: Mega Motor Company (BYD Pakistan) has officially launched the Parwaaz Trainee Program 2026, a landmark initiative aimed at equipping young Pakistanis with specialized technical skills, practical training, and invaluable industry exposure within the country’s rapidly growing automotive and Electric Vehicle (EV) sectors.
The program is strategically focused on empowering youth from Gharo and its surrounding communities. By offering hands-on learning within a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, the initiative aims to build a robust foundation for young professionals looking to build long-term careers in the evolving mobility landscape.
Comprehensive Six-Week Technical Training
The Parwaaz Trainee Program offers selected candidates a fully structured, six-week technical training curriculum. Trainees will gain direct exposure to cutting-edge automotive technologies and modern EV-related factory operations.
In addition to classroom learning, participants will develop practical, real-world knowledge by working directly in an industrial environment. Outstanding performers and shortlisted trainees may also be considered for future apprenticeship opportunities with Mega Motor Company upon completion.
Eligibility Criteria
The program is specifically designed for recent school graduates and young individuals eager to gain immediate technical experience. Applicants must meet the following criteria:

- Minimum Qualification: Matriculation
