Alibaba.com launches AI-powered Accio Work platform for Pakistani exporters

Alibaba.com has introduced Accio Work in Pakistan, describing the platform as an “Agentic Business Team” designed to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through artificial intelligence-driven business operations.

The launch signals a new step in digital trade by offering exporters an automated and plug-and-play digital workforce capable of handling end-to-end business activities with improved speed and efficiency.

Company officials said the initiative comes as Pakistan’s export sector continues to evolve rapidly, with artificial intelligence playing an increasingly important role in global commerce and online trade management.

Speaking during the launch event, Ethan Wang described Accio Work as more than a conventional software solution, calling it an advanced autonomous digital workforce for businesses.

According to Wang, the AI-powered platform can identify commercial opportunities, manage operational tasks, and assist companies in making timely business decisions.
