Ahsan Mushahid Siddiqui to Take Over as Soneri Bank CEO from April 2026
Soneri Bank Limited has announced the appointment of Ahsan Mushahid Siddiqui as its new President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective from April 1, 2026. The bank shared the development in a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Thursday.
Meezan Bank Invited to Share Expertise on Risk Sharing Finance
Ahsan will replace Muhtashim Ahmad Ashai, whose contract is set to conclude on March 31, 2026. The appointment remains subject to approval by the State Bank of Pakistan under its Fit and Proper Test requirements. Currently, Ahsan Mushahid Siddiqui is serving as Deputy CEO at Soneri Bank.
