Peshawar: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Department of Tourism, Culture, Archaeology, and Museums has announced the launch of a heli safari service for tourists attending the Shandur Polo Festival. This initiative is directed by Advisor for Tourism and Culture Zahid Chanzeb.

A memorandum of understanding was signed between DG Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority, Barkatullah Marwat, and Petronet Aviation to offer various tourism and heli safari packages during the festival.
The packages include tours from Chitral Airport to Kailash Valley and Lowari Tunnel (Package 1), Chitral Airport to Trich Mir Peak (Package 2), Chitral Airport to Trich Mir and Qaqalisht Meadows (Package 3), and a direct tour from Chitral Airport to the Shandur Polo Festival (Package 4).
