Aircraft Owners and Operators Association has written a letter to the Minister of Aviation in the matter of land sale against Walton Airport Lahore.
In the text of the letter, the Walton Airport land was estimated at 350 billion rupees. The airport land was sold illegally for 50 billion.

The letter further disclosed that the airport authority received only 1 billion out of 50 billion. Investigate where the money left over from the sale of the airport land went. Land mafia destroyed national assets with the connivance of civil aviation officers.
The letter states that Walton Airport was the center of general aviation in Pakistan. Walton Airport was also used by Quaid-i-Azam for his journey in 1947. The case of scams in the sale of Lahore Airport land should be sent to NAB.
