In Sargodha tehsil Bhera, a father committed suicide by shooting himself after firing on 3 daughters, two girls died and one was seriously injured in the incident.

According to the police, the accused had divorced his wife and the girls lived with their mother, the father had taken his girls along on the pretext of a meeting where this sad incident took place.
The police said that as a result of the firing, the three girls were seriously injured, who were shifted to Taluk Headquarters Hospital Bhera for medical assistance.

According to the police, during the transfer of the injured girls to the hospital, the 10-year-old girl died before reaching the hospital, while the other girl died on reaching the hospital.
According to police sources, the incident of murder and suicide is an indication of domestic violence.
