This initiative involves the distribution of free helmets to both staff members and the general public at various locations. The primary goal is to raise awareness about the importance of wearing helmets while riding two-wheelers, aiming to reduce road accidents and foster safer road habits.

The launch ceremony of this initiative took place at the Civil Secretariat in Lahore, where esteemed government officials, including Chief Secretary Punjab Mr. Zahid Akhtar Zaman and Secretary Finance Punjab Mr. Mujahid Sherdil, along with the Bank’s leadership, distributed helmets among motorists. Chief Secretary Punjab praised the Bank for spearheading impactful initiatives, aligning with the government’s efforts to promote road safety. Zafar Masud, President & CEO of BOP, expressed gratitude to the government and reiterated the bank’s commitment to social responsibility, emphasizing their readiness to support such initiatives for the greater well-being of society.
