Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has announced a new direct flight route from Lahore to Paris, set to launch on June 18 with weekly non-stop flights every Wednesday. This development follows PIA’s return to Europe in January after the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) lifted its four-and-a-half-year ban, originally imposed in July 2020 over a fake pilot licence scandal.
PIA remains the only Pakistani airline offering direct flights to the EU, aiming to enhance revenue, restore international credibility, and provide convenience to travelers and the overseas Pakistani community.
