He highlighted the collaborative efforts between local authorities, the Hosseini procession Mawakib, and the community of Karbala to ensure pilgrims receive essential services.

Looking beyond Ashura, preparations are underway for the Arbaeen pilgrimage, expected to draw around 23 million pilgrims. The governorate remains committed to enhancing support mechanisms for the welfare of all participants in these significant religious events.
