While mobile phone imports have fallen, Pakistan’s overall merchandise exports witnessed a 5.15% increase in the first eleven months of FY25, reaching $29.564 billion compared to $28.117 billion in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year. However, total imports into the country also rose by 7.50%, amounting to $53.550 billion during July 2024–May 2025, up from $49.815 billion in the same period of FY24.
