Pakistani professional wrestler Ather Zahid successfully defended his international championship title by defeating Indian wrestler Samrat Virender at a major global wrestling event held in Kathmandu, Nepal on Eid-ul-Azha.

Speaking after his impressive victory, the 29-year-old champion expressed pride in representing Pakistan on an international stage. “This win is my gift to Pakistan and its 250 million people,” he remarked.
Though he spent Eid away from his home and loved ones, Ather Zahid dedicated his triumph to the entire nation, calling it a moment of pride for every Pakistani.
