Her untimely death follows similar tragic incidents, such as the case of Hira in Quetta, raising fresh concerns about the safety and mental health challenges faced by female influencers in Pakistan. The situation is further complicated by intermittent bans on TikTok in the country, which often disrupt the livelihoods of countless young creators.

He urged for safer online spaces and better institutional backing for Pakistan’s growing community of female influencers navigating the digital world.
