Missing Tourists’ Vehicle Found Near Astak Stream in Gilgit-Baltistan
The vehicle of four missing young tourists from Gujarat has been discovered near the Astak stream in Gilgit-Baltistan. After a week of uncertainty, authorities have finally traced the tourists’ whereabouts.
The missing tourists’ car was found near the riverbank after an accident at Astak stream. Tourist police in Gilgit-Baltistan, Rescue 1122 teams, and local administration are present at the site, actively carrying out rescue operations.
According to local police, the accident took place on the Gilgit-Skardu road at the Ghanji Padi area. Officials report that the bodies of all four tourists are visible; however, efforts are underway to reach the wreckage.
It’s a tragic development, and rescue teams are working relentlessly to recover the vehicle and bring closure to the situation.
