Professor Khurshid Ahmad, a close associate of Maulana Syed Abul A’la Maududi and former Deputy Emir of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan, passed away at the age of 93 in Leicester, United Kingdom. A distinguished politician and former senator, Professor Ahmad was a prominent figure in Pakistan’s political and religious landscape.
