Mob Kills Ahmadi Man in Karachi’s Saddar Area
Violent Attack on Place of Worship Sparks Outrage Over Minority Safety
A tragic and disturbing event took place in Karachi’s Saddar area, where a mob brutally killed a 47-year-old man belonging to the Ahmadi community. The victim, who owned a car workshop, was beaten to death with bricks and sticks. According to a spokesperson from the Ahmadi community, the mob also targeted a place of worship, trapping around 30 people inside.
Police arrived in time to rescue 15 individuals and managed to disperse the crowd. This act of violence has once again highlighted the ongoing threats faced by religious minorities in Pakistan, particularly the Ahmadi community. Human rights organizations have strongly condemned the attack, calling for justice and better protection for minorities.
