The incident unfolded when the crew requested passengers to fasten their seatbelts and close their meal trays, leading to a heated exchange between the passenger and the crew member.

According to airline sources, the former commissioner and his daughter misbehaved with the staff during check-in. Once on board, the daughter reportedly lost her temper when asked to follow safety instructions. She allegedly used inappropriate language and created a scene, prompting the flight attendant to inform the captain. The pilot immediately contacted the control tower and returned the aircraft to the runway, calling the Airport Security Force (ASF) for intervention.

As the captain ordered the removal of both passengers from the flight, the woman refused to leave and, in a fit of rage, punched the flight attendant in the face, causing her nose to bleed. ASF personnel intervened and took both father and daughter into custody. Following the incident, Quetta’s administration, including the current commissioner, rushed to the airport to resolve the matter. According to airline officials, the former commissioner and his daughter were asked to provide a written apology before being allowed to leave.
