To ensure inclusivity, the digital system will work offline and cover remote areas through partnerships with mobile wallet providers. A database of all commercial entities is also being compiled for integration into the cashless framework. The Chief Minister, Ali Amin Gandapur, has emphasized strict compliance and directed the Chief Secretary’s Office to oversee its execution, underlining the goal of eradicating fraud and promoting transparency.
