Dera Ismail Khan: A devastating road accident on the Dana Sar Road has claimed the lives of 12 members of a nomadic family and injured three others. The tragedy occurred at Dana Sar when a mini-truck carrying the family plunged into a deep ravine after its brakes reportedly failed.
According to police sources, the nomadic family was traveling from Khanuzai, Balochistan, to Dera Ismail Khan when the accident took place. Among the deceased are women, children, and three men. Three injured individuals were provided initial medical aid before being transported to a hospital. Local residents actively participated in the rescue efforts, assisting the victims from the wreckage.
