Muzammil Karim Paracha, Owner of Pakistan’s Most Expensive Number Plate, Dies After Cancer Battle
Muzammil Karim Paracha, the prominent Pakistani industrialist who gained nationwide fame in June 2024 for purchasing the country’s most expensive license plate, “A-1,” for Rs 10 crore, has passed away after a prolonged battle with cancer. He breathed his last in Dubai, where he was undergoing treatment.

Paracha was widely known for his passion for luxury vehicles and his entrepreneurial acumen. He was considered an example of both a comfortable lifestyle and ambitious thinking, with a particular fondness for collecting rare number plates and valuable cars. Social media users have offered prayers for his soul, while many have reflected on the reality that wealth cannot provide immunity from death.
