Kerala’s labour minister, V Sivankutty, has directed the district labour officer to investigate the matter and submit an immediate report. In the visuals, a person can be seen using a leash to compel another to crawl on the floor, while employees claimed that they endured degrading punishments when they failed to meet targets.

The incident reportedly occurred at a firm in Perumbavoor, which markets and sells products for an associated business in Kaloor.
