23 terrorists killed in multiple operations across the province.
Eighteen soldiers were martyred and 23 terrorists were killed in various sanitization operations conducted across Balochistan in the last 24 hours. The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reported that 12 terrorists were killed in an initial clash in Kalat district, where terrorists attempted to establish roadblocks, targeting innocent civilians. Security forces successfully thwarted the attack, but 18 soldiers lost their lives in the operation.

Following this incident, multiple sanitization operations were launched across the province, resulting in the killing of 11 more terrorists in Harnai district. The ISPR emphasized that these operations will continue until all perpetrators and facilitators of the terrorist attack are brought to justice.
The Balochistan Liberation Army claimed responsibility for the attack. President Asif Ali Zardari strongly condemned the attack and paid tribute to the martyred soldiers. Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti vowed to bring the perpetrators to justice and reiterated the government’s commitment to peace and development in the province. Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi also praised the bravery and sacrifice of the martyred soldiers.
