Interest-Free Loans of Up to Rs 1.5 Million for Affordable Housing
Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif launched the “Apni Chat Apna Ghar” program, offering interest-free loans of up to Rs 1.5 million for affordable housing. The loans, repayable in easy installments over seven years, aim to provide housing opportunities for the people of Punjab.

The program allows citizens to apply for loans through the Punjab Information Technology Board portal or by calling the toll-free number 080009100. The CM emphasized that the loans have no hidden charges or taxes, with a monthly repayment of Rs 14,000.
